A unique collaboration comes to life as two artists - one visual, one vocal - join together for a new creative expression using two different yet simultaneous mediums.
Marrying live silk painting - created on-the-spot by Julia March Crocetto - with live vocalArt and improvisational music created on-the-spot by Sharon Corsaro - this artistic duo will present a one-time-only performance, never experienced before, to produce art-in-the-moment, Friday, April 2, 2010, 8 pm, at MTS Gallery, 3142 Mountain View Drive, Anchorage, Alaska.
Offered during a reception for Anchorage's First Friday Art Walk, the spontaneous performance carries forth the spirit of artistic collaboration promoted throughout
"Confluence / Influence," an exhibition of Talkeetna River Valley artists curated by Crocetto and on display at MTS Gallery through April 10.
